The following information applies to orders within the UK mainland (except Scottish Highlands and other remote areas of Scotland):

Delivery is by courier on a next working day service, or by Royal Mail Signed For service for low value orders.

Delivery costs £7.95 + V.A.T.

For orders placed on the website totalling over £150 (excluding V.A.T.), delivery will be free of charge.

Orders must be placed by 4pm (Monday to Friday) for next working day delivery (except Bank Holidays and other Public Holidays).

Delivery on the next working day is not guaranteed and no compensation will be due if delivery is delayed.

Please note that a signature will be required by the courier upon delivery. 

For orders outside of the U.K. mainland, including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, or for the Scottish Highlands and other remote areas of Scotland, please contact us for delivery costs and times before placing order.

For orders to European Union countries, including the Republic of Ireland, delivery costs are as follows:

£20.00 + V.A.T. for orders below £45.00 (excluding V.A.T.)

£40.00 + V.A.T. for orders above £45.00 (excluding V.A.T.)

Deliveries to Europe are sent on an economy delivery service. Please contact us if you would like more information about delivery costs and times to Europe.

Orders to locations outside of Europe can't be processed on the website, please contact us for a quote.

Any discrepancies or shortages upon delivery must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods.

G.S.Mahal & Co.Ltd reserve the right to send orders to the
billing address when the entered shipping address is different and the cardholder has not used Verified by Visa or MasterCard verification and
the shipping address cannot be verified. This is to protect the cardholder. You will be contacted if this occurs.

You may also collect orders from our warehouse in Nottingham. If you
wish to collect, please telephone or e-mail your order to us, rather than placing it through the website.
