Returns Policy
G.S.Mahal & Co.Ltd are committed to delivering top quality products and providing a first class service to our customers. However, in the event that you wish to return an item, you must:
- » Inform us within 5 days of receipt of goods
- » E-mail sales@gsmahal.co.uk ,with full details, including the relevant invoice number, and obtain an authorisation number
- » Return it to G.S.Mahal & Co.Ltd with all original packaging unopened and labels intact.
- » Return of non-faulty items will incur a 20% restocking fee and loss of carriage charges.
- » Buyer pays return carriage charges.
- » Special order items are non-returnable
- » Any items worn, washed, printed, embroidered, embellished or altered in any way are non-returnable.
- » Please note : Underwear and base layer products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
